How to use Starbucks WiFi (Hotspot) in Korea

If you are first here in Korea, you may be surprised how easily you can get the free internet access. South Korea has been known for the fastest internet speed with IT technology. (Just like they do everything rapidly.) Today, I am going to introduce one of the easiest ways to get an internet access at Starbucks in Korea. 

Basically, Starbuck is everywhere here. They do have free Wi-Fi. Basically, If you go anywhere in Korea selling a cup of coffee, you will find Wifi as well. Unlike the most of cafeterias and coffee shops, Starbuck do not post a wifi password note on the wall. 

It is not as hard as buying a cup of coffee in Korea to use the Wifi.

You can use it for free as follows.

First, open your wireless network list.

You will find 'KT_starbucks' 

Recently, they have been through system management

Now it is totally available.

If you connect to the KT_starbucks

then you will see the page below

Press the 'Access Free Internet button' 

(You have to check the 'Agree' check box first)

Then, the SSG webpage is automatically open.

(It's a cheap Ad stuff. You can just ignore it)

Then you have a WiFi access.

Hopefully, It helps you to find a hotspot.
